Which phone number is real?
Your Google listing has one number on it: (702) 660-3134. Your website shows (702) 710-3667 on every single page. Google reads mismatched details as a sign it can't trust the listing.
Shop line versus sales? Old line still forwarding? One on a mobile?
Your hours changed recently
The listing now says Monday to Saturday, 9am to 7pm. Before that it said 9am to 5pm. If Google tells people you're open and nobody picks up, you get missed calls and the occasional one-star review about it — so this is worth getting exactly right.
What you actually do
Your Google listing lists no services at all. Not one. This is the biggest thing holding it back, and it matters more than it used to — Google now writes its own answers about your business by reading your services, description and reviews. If a service isn't listed, Google can't say you do it.
Someone searched "a jeep builder shop that will put on parts i have already purchased" and reached your profile. Another searched "car shop that install running boards on a truck in henderson nv". Right now there's nothing on the listing that answers either of them.
Tap a service to turn it on. Leave anything you don't do untouched.
We'll weight the work toward these instead of spreading it evenly.
Somebody typed out this exact question and landed on your profile. If the answer is yes, it should be said publicly.
Easier to filter now than to field the calls later.
One of your categories looks wrong
Google lets you pick categories that describe the business. You have four, and one of them is "Van Accessories Shop". Meanwhile "Truck Accessories Store" — which your closest competitor uses as their main category — isn't set at all.
Tint and paint protection
Two of your reviews mention you doing window tint and paint protection film. There's nothing about either on your listing or your website, and in six months not one person has found you by searching for it.
You didn't tick tint or PPF above, so there's nothing to answer here. If you do offer them, go back and tick them and this section will open up.
Since you offer it
It puts you in front of a lot of tint searches in a city where tint sells itself. It also means people will start reviewing you for tint work specifically.
How far you reach
Your listing is set as a storefront with no service area. Your website says "our Las Vegas location" — but you're in Henderson, and that's the address Google has.
Both is a fine answer. We just need to know which one comes first.
A few details we're missing
Small things, but they're blank on your listing and each one is a little more that Google knows about you.
Google wants the listing to match the real-world name, so we'll match whatever the sign says.
You share the building with a few other businesses.
How people get hold of you
You had zero bookings through Google in six months — because there's no booking button set up. Every enquiry came through the phone: 112 calls, plus 318 clicks to your website.
Customers message you straight from the listing. It only works if someone's checking it.
Reviews
You have 8 reviews at a perfect 5.0. That rating beats every competitor in this market — nobody else is above 4.9. The problem is the number. The shops outranking you have between 85 and 417, and only two of your eight arrived in the last twelve months. All eight are currently unanswered.
Photos
You've added around 30 photos and most are roughly two years old. They show finished vehicles and parts on shelves. There are no photos of the workshop, the bays, work in progress, or the team — which is the visual proof that you're a build shop and not just a parts counter. For a business trying to be found for installation work, that's a real gap.
The competition
Off Road Warehouse is the single most common thing people search before they land on your profile — 165 times in six months, more than your own name. Google is offering you up as the alternative to them.
